CARMEN HOUSE // DÉNIA / SPAIN

We all lust after a life and home style that radiates and speaks of simplicity and a relaxed way of living, a slower pace that is more in tune with nature. This beautiful house is sure providing all of that and oh so much more!

This gorgeous property is located in Dénia, a historical coastal city in the province of Alicante.

“White has been the premise that we have followed from beginning to end: white as a generator and driver of light.” says Anaís Penáguila, María Aloy the architects from CARLES FAUS ARCHITECTURE.

The indoor features white micro-cement flooring and is minimally furnished with earthy natural textural elements and colour tones. The rectilinear, white-lime exterior has added to the serenity of this house. The simple white, clean-lined walls are there to make the most of the sun and nature's shadow play.

The expansive glass door has created a seamless fusion between indoors and outdoors & planting cacti indoor is another genius idea to bring nature indoor in the most subtle & beautiful way!
