We are confident you will love the pieces as much as we do! We love what we do and only handpick the most unique items with the highest quality. All our products are in good condition as they have already been inspected by us for quality control purposes.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide an exchange or store credit for your item under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached
  • Item must not be damaged or used
  • Refunds are only available for faulty items

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement in case of damaged goods.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS:

We stand behind the quality of products we sell. While cases are rare, damages and defects do happen once in a while. To file your claim, contact us within three (3) days and we will attend to your claim. Claims received past three (3) days from date of confirmed delivery will not be eligible. For all damages and defects, we will require clear photographs to be attached with your claim within the three (3) days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement or refund. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
